- Sell/trade ground/ and whole pepper (other agri-products) to international customers.
- Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize profit while managing commercial risks.
- Collaborate closely with the factory to ensure product quality, specifications, and packaging meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the factory and supply chain teams to coordinate the shipments.
- Visit the factory to oversee quality control before shipment dispatch.
- Evaluate market trends to diversify products and expand production.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new customers, expand new markets, and achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS
- A strong business mindset and passion for sales, trading, or international commerce.
- Experience in pepper/spices is a plus but not required. We value drive, communication skills, and learning agility.
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
- Independent, proactive, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
- English skill - daily communication with international customers.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Trade, or related fields.
